I love seasonal holidays with cute animals! I bought these super cute silicone mini cake molds of bunnies right after Easter (hehe, I also love sales). I was so excited to use them because the thought of mini bunny cakes tickled every bit of my liking. Bunnies + cakes = ♥

Cake stuck to the mold
I’m so ashamed to show you all these pictures because I had such a difficult time popping the cakes out of the molds. You’d think with the flexible nature of the molds that these cakes would’ve been a breeze to release– apparently not!
This was also my first attempt to make “rainbow” batter. The colors turned out so beautifully, but I couldn’t bear to share these with anyone because they turned out so poorly. Sigh. Back to the drawing board…

yay for pastel colors!
Oh, such a shame! But I bet they were still yummy, and the colours really did turn out perfect.
Yum! What a yummy rainbow cake! As I always say, even ruined, it tastes the same going down!
I added you to my blogroll, by the way!
Awww, I bet it was still delicious, though.
Lol, that happened to me but with a Christmas mold and brownies!
Btw, I’m giving you a sweet, little award so if you have the time, check my blog out for the rules to pass it down to other bloggers. ^-^

Aveen – haha, I guess it’s all about trial and error. I’m hoping to make another batch soon and I can only hope that the colors don’t get screwed up!
Mo – I definitely agree with you on the whole “it tastes the same going down”, although it sucks that I couldn’t show these to anyone in person! haha
anonanimal – It was definitely delicious! I will have to make another batch soon. Hopefully they turn out better than these.
Sophie – Thank you so much!!
